Yes. We provide care at major hotels, holiday apartments, Airbnb accommodations, and private residences throughout the Gold Coast.
ブロードビーチを中心に半径25km圏内（サーファーズパラダイス、メインビーチ、バーレーヘッズ、ロビーナ等）が標準対応エリアです。それ以上の地域は別途ご相談ください。
We cover within 25 km of Broadbeach (Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Burleigh Heads, Robina, and similar areas). For locations beyond this radius, please reach out for a quote.

はい。全員がBlue Card（QLD州の児童安全資格）とFirst Aid／CPRを保持しています。現在のシッターは、日本の保育士資格・幼稚園教諭免許、オーストラリアの保育資格、または看護師資格のいずれかを持つメンバーです。
Yes. All babysitters hold a valid Queensland Blue Card (working with children check) and are certified in First Aid and CPR. Our current team members each hold a Japanese nursery or kindergarten teaching qualification, an Australian childcare qualification, or a nursing qualification.

Bookings can be made via our official LINE account or the "Book Now" button on our website. Please note that your request is treated as a tentative booking until a babysitter is assigned and confirmed.

Yes, the minimum booking duration is 3 hours per session.
できるだけ早めのご予約をおすすめします。特に繁忙期はお早めに。翌日のご予約は前日18時までにお願いします。当日のご依頼は空き状況によりますが、対応できない場合もございます。
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. For next-day bookings, requests must be submitted by 6:00 PM the day before. Same-day requests may be accommodated depending on availability but cannot be guaranteed.
平日昼$55/時間〜、土日$72/時間〜（最低利用3時間）。夜間・祝日は別途料金がかかる場合があります。詳しくは料金ページをご確認ください。
Rates start from $55/hour on weekday daytime and $72/hour on weekends, with a 3-hour minimum. Evening and public holiday rates may apply. Please visit our Rates page for full details.

Yes, changes are subject to babysitter availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to adjust your booking. Changes made within 24 hours of the booking may be subject to our cancellation policy.

はい。お出かけ中もお子様を安全にお預かりします。安全のため、保護者様には電話連絡が取れる状態で、ゴールドコーストエリア内にいていただくようお願いしています。
Yes. While you are out, our sitters ensure your child stays safe at your accommodation. For safety, we require parents to remain reachable by phone and stay within the Gold Coast area.
はい。予約時間の終了までお子様のそばで見守ります。絵本の読み聞かせやパジャマのお着替えなど、就寝準備のお手伝いも可能です。
Yes. The babysitter will remain with your child and monitor them until the end of the booking. They can also help with bedtime routines such as reading stories or helping with pajamas.
あらかじめご用意いただいたお食事、ミルク、離乳食をお子様にお出しすることは可能です。ただし、調理そのものは業務に含まれておりません。
We can serve meals, milk, or baby food that you have prepared in advance. However, cooking itself is not included in our service.
原則として、スタッフによる薬の投与は行っておりません。ただし、お薬の名前・用量・投与のタイミングを明記いただき、書面の「投薬同意書」にご署名いただいた場合に限り、対応可能なケースがございます。詳細はご予約時にご相談ください。注射などの医療行為はお受けできません。緊急時には、医療機関や救急への連絡を最優先で対応いたします。
As a general rule, our staff do not administer medication. However, in cases where the medicine name, dosage, and timing are clearly specified and a written Medication Consent Form is signed in advance, we may be able to assist. Please discuss details at the time of booking. Medical procedures such as injections cannot be performed. In an emergency, our priority is contacting medical services or calling an ambulance.

Absolutely. Many families use KOKORO while enjoying surfing lessons, golf, whale watching, theme parks, and other Gold Coast activities. Your babysitter will care for your children at your hotel or accommodation while you're out.

テーマパーク内でのシッティングは行っておりませんが、Dreamworld、Movie World、Sea Worldなどにご家族が行かれる間、アトラクションに乗れない小さなお子様をホテルでお預かりするご依頼は多くいただいています。
We provide babysitting at your hotel or accommodation, not at theme parks directly. However, many parents book a sitter for younger children who can't enjoy the rides, while the rest of the family visits Dreamworld, Movie World, or Sea World.

When booking, please provide your hotel name and room number. To ensure a smooth visit, we kindly ask you to inform the front desk at check-in that a babysitter will be visiting your room. Some hotels may require visitor registration at reception upon arrival.

安全・信頼 Safety & Trust
全シッターがFirst Aid／CPRの資格を持ち、緊急時の対応訓練を受けています。緊急時は直ちに救急サービス（000）に連絡し、保護者様とKOKORO本部にも報告します。安全マニュアルに基づいた明確な緊急対応プロトコルに従っています。
All babysitters are First Aid and CPR certified and trained to handle emergencies. In the event of an emergency, the sitter will contact emergency services (000) immediately, then notify the parents and KOKORO management. We follow a clear emergency protocol outlined in our safety manual.
当社では「写真付きリアルタイムレポート」をご用意しています。保護者様がご希望される場合、書面でのご同意の上、シッティング中のお子様のご様子を写真付きでお送りいたします。安心してお過ごしいただけるよう、お気軽にお申し付けください。
We offer a "Photo-Updated Real-Time Report" service. If you'd like to receive updates, with your written consent we'll send photo updates of your child during the session — so you can enjoy your time with peace of mind. Please simply let us know at booking.
