Every KOKORO babysitter is personally interviewed by our founder and selected for their qualifications, experience, and character. All hold a Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certification.
Hi, I'm Kanon — nice to meet you. My father, a lover of classical music, chose my name. I worked for 5 years on an acute-care ward in Japan, and now work as an assistant nurse in Australia. I can help with showers and meals. I also have au pair experience in Australia, and I love baking and colouring. I've played sport for years, so I'm happy being active outdoors too. I look forward to the days your lovely children give me energy!
Hi, I'm Ririko! I hold Japanese nursery and kindergarten teacher qualifications, and I have demi-pair experience here in Australia. I play the piano, so we can sing together — and I'm happy to teach piano if you'd like. I also love craft activities and being active. I enjoy thinking up play that suits each child, so we can share a happy time together. I look forward to meeting you.
Hi, I'm Sara Nakano! I worked as a homeroom teacher for 1- and 2-year-olds at an international school in Japan. I'm good at reading picture books, craft, and hand-play games, so I'd love to spend a fun, bright time together with your child. I always focus on creating an environment where children can feel safe and enjoy themselves. I'm used to childcare in English, so I can support English-speaking families too.
Hi, I'm Haruka! In Japan I worked at a nursery for around 10 years, and alongside that I spent 4 years as a babysitter. Since coming to Australia I've also done hotel babysitting. I've often looked after infant classes, so please feel at ease leaving settling to sleep, bottle feeds, weaning meals, bathing, and nappy changes to me. I want to support your child so they can feel relaxed and happy. I look forward to meeting you and your family.
