本ページは、KOKORO Holdings Pty Ltd(以下「KOKORO」または「当社」)が提供するベビーシッティングサービスをご利用いただく際の、主な条件のご案内です。

This page sets out the key terms for using the babysitting services provided by KOKORO Holdings Pty Ltd (KOKORO, we, us, or our).

ご予約が確定した時点で、より詳細な利用規約(Services Agreement)を別途お送りし、ご署名をお願いしております。本ページは、ご予約前にご確認いただける主要事項をまとめたものです。

Once a booking is confirmed, we send a more detailed Services Agreement for your signature. This page is a summary of the key terms, provided so you can review them before booking.

サービスについて About Our Service

KOKOROは、ゴールドコーストを拠点とする、日本人スタッフによる日本語対応のベビーシッティングサービスです。お子様の見守りと、年齢に応じた適切な遊びや活動を提供します。

KOKORO is a Japanese-language babysitting service based in Gold Coast, providing childcare with native Japanese-speaking sitters. Our services include supervision and age-appropriate activities for children.

シッターとの契約形態について Sitter Engagement

KOKOROにご登録いただいているシッターは、独立した業務委託者(independent contractors)です。シッターとKOKOROとの間に雇用関係はなく、各シッターは個別に業務委託契約を結んだうえで、サービスを提供しています。

Sitters engaged through KOKORO are independent contractors. There is no employment relationship between sitters and KOKORO; each sitter operates under an individual independent contractor agreement.

KOKOROは、ご家族とシッターをおつなぎするエージェンシーとして、品質管理、研修、予約管理、保険対応を担っています。

KOKORO operates as an agency that connects families with sitters, and is responsible for quality management, training, booking coordination, and insurance.

料金とお支払い Fees & Payment

料金は、最新の料金表(別途ご案内)または書面にて合意した金額となります。デポジットは予約確定時にお預かりし、最終的な料金に充当されます。

Fees are set out in our current Fee Schedule (provided separately) or as agreed in writing. The booking deposit is collected at confirmation and applied to the total fee.

残額は、シッティング当日に銀行振込・カード・現金にてお支払いいただきます。お支払い期限を過ぎた場合、年率12%の遅延損害金が発生することがあります。

The balance is payable on the day of service, by bank transfer, card, or cash. If payment is overdue, late payment interest of 12% per annum may apply.

お子様のお迎えが合意したお時間を超過した場合、追加料金が発生することがあります。

Late collection of a child beyond the agreed finish time may incur additional fees.

キャンセルポリシー Cancellation Policy

お子様に感染症の症状(インフルエンザ、COVID-19、胃腸炎、手足口病、水痘、麻疹、RSウイルス、頭シラミ等)が見られる場合、当日のキャンセル料はいただきません。

If your child shows symptoms of a contagious illness (influenza, COVID-19, gastroenteritis, hand-foot-and-mouth disease, chickenpox, measles, RSV, head lice, etc.), same-day cancellation fees do not apply.

安全とお子様について Safety & Care

ご家族のご協力のお願いWhat we ask from families

お子様の安全のため、以下の情報を事前に正確かつ漏れなくお知らせください。

For your child's safety, please provide complete and accurate information about:

• アレルギー、既往症、服用中のお薬Allergies, medical conditions, current medications
• サービス場所の安全状況、危険箇所Safety conditions and any hazards at the service location
• ご家族の親権・監護に関する状況Custody and guardianship arrangements
• ペット・動物の有無(別エリアに分離してご対応をお願いします)Any pets or animals (these must be kept in a separate area during the booking)
• CCTVや録音機器の有無Any CCTV or recording devices in use
• お子様をお引き渡しする権限のある方のお名前Names of authorised persons for child collection

シッターの判断についてSitter discretion

シッティングの環境がお子様にとって安全でないと判断された場合、シッターはサービスの開始や継続を見合わせることがあります。

If a sitter considers the environment to be unsafe, they may decline to commence or continue the booking.

お食事・お薬について Food & Medication

お食事Food & beverages

シッターは、ご家族にご用意いただいたお食事・お飲み物のみをお子様にご提供します。シッターが食材の購入や調理、食事の用意をすることはございません。

Sitters will only provide food and beverages prepared and supplied by the family. Sitters do not purchase, prepare, or supply food or beverages.

水・プレーンティー(主要アレルゲンを含まないもの)については、ご家族からのご用意がない場合に限り、シッターの判断でご提供することがあります。

Water and plain tea (containing no common allergens) may be provided at the sitter's discretion if no alternative has been supplied by the family.

お薬の投与についてMedication

送迎・外出について Transport & Outings

書面による特別な合意(送迎・外出同意書)がない限り、シッターはお子様を車・公共交通・タクシー・配車サービス等のいかなる手段でも移動・送迎いたしません。

Unless a signed Transport and Excursion Consent Form is in place, sitters do not transport children by any means, including private vehicles, public transport, taxis, or rideshare services.

サービスは、ご家族がご指定された場所(ホテル、リゾート、ご自宅等)でのみご提供いたします。外出が同意されている場合でも、徒歩圏内に限ります。

Services are provided only at the location nominated by the family (hotel, resort, private residence, etc.). Even where outings are agreed, they are limited to walking distance.

写真の取扱いについて Photography

シッターはシッティング中、ご家族へのご報告(見守りレポート)目的でお子様の写真を撮影することがあります。撮影された写真は、ご家族にのみお送りします。

Sitters may take photographs of your child during the booking for the purpose of providing updates to the family. Such photos are shared only with the family.

SNS投稿や宣伝目的での写真使用は、ご家族の書面または電子的なご同意がない限り、いたしません。

Photos are not used on social media or for marketing purposes without the family's separate written or electronic consent.

責任の範囲・保険について Liability & Insurance

KOKOROは、賠償責任保険(Public Liability Insurance、補償額AUD$20 million)および職業賠償保険(Professional Indemnity Insurance)に加入しております。

KOKORO maintains Public Liability Insurance of AUD $20 million and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

ベビーシッティングサービスには、軽微なケガ、感情的なストレス、子どもがかかりやすい感染症への接触など、固有のリスクが含まれることをご理解ください。これらの固有リスクから生じる損害について、KOKOROは責任を負いかねます。

Babysitting services involve inherent risks, including minor injuries during play, emotional distress, and exposure to common childhood illnesses. KOKORO is not liable for losses arising from these inherent risks.

本利用規約の他の条項にかかわらず、Australian Consumer Law (ACL) 等の法令により除外できない保証・条件は、引き続き有効です。

Nothing in these terms excludes any non-excludable guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
