Founder & Director代表Hi, I'm Shizuka — mother of two and founder of KOKORO, based on the Gold Coast.
I know firsthand how anxious it feels to leave your child with someone new — especially overseas, in a different language.
For visiting families, I want you to enjoy the Gold Coast with total peace of mind. For local families, I want KOKORO to be the first name you think of when you need help.
I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (Australia) and have worked in childcare centres here. Before moving to Australia, I ran a hospitality business in Japan. Delivering trust through service has always been my guiding principle.
I personally interview every babysitter before they join our team. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.
はじめまして。KOKOROのShizukaです。
二児の母で、現在もゴールドコーストで子育て中です。
自分自身、初めて子どもを保育園に預けた時はやっぱり不安でした。
それが海外で、しかも言葉も違う環境となると、なおさらだと思います。
旅行中のご家族には、お子様を安心して預けてゴールドコーストを楽しんでいただきたい。
在住のご家族には、困った時に気軽に声をかけてもらえる存在でありたい。
そんな思いでKOKOROを始めました。
私はオーストラリアで保育士資格を取得し、保育園で勤務した後、日本でサービス業の経営をしていました。
お客様に安心して利用していただくために何ができるか。
それを常に考え、行動してきました。
サービスを通してお客様に安心を届ける。
それが私の変わらない信念であり、KOKOROを運営する上で最も大切にしていることです。
